George Laurence

Founder & CTO of Oto Health

George is a former Doctor in the Royal Navy who founded Oto Health Ltd in 2019 during the COVID pandemic, teaching himself to code along the way. As the Chief Technical Officer and Chief Product Officer at Oto, he has led the company to reach over 200,000 users worldwide and raise more than $4 million in investment following their Y-combinator program participation.

With extensive experience in product development, regulatory pathways, and team leadership, George is passionate about mentoring fellow founders and helping them refine their ideas to build successful startups.

Your 6-Week Journey to Launch

Week 1

Idea Validation

Learn how to test your product with real users. Get honest feedback about what works and what doesn't. Create a simple plan to improve your product based on what users tell you.

Week 5

Launch Strategy

Plan how to introduce your product to the world. Create simple marketing materials that explain what your product does. Learn how to find your first users and get them excited about your product.

Week 6

Growth & Next Steps

Learn how to track if your product is successful. Find ways to get more users and keep them happy. Make plans for improving your product in the future and explore how to get funding if needed.
